Bendy Hilaire, nicknamed Kenny, born in Delmas on April 04, 1994. Passionate about technology, he is a graduate student in Administrative Sciences option Public Administration at the State University of Haiti (INAGHEI-UEH), member of the Haitian Laboratory of Latin American and Caribbean Studies (LHELAC), Founder and General Coordinator of LAD’HA (Friends of Haiti).
