My name is Bashirah Abdulaziz Oyiza, a passionate young woman committed to leadership, youth development, and social impact. I have actively participated in leadership conferences and volunteer initiatives focused on empowering young people and driving positive change.

I have served as a Content Writer with VVSG Foundation, a Graphic Designer for the AREFC Conference, and currently as the Creative Director of Gen She Abuja, where I contribute to initiatives that inspire and empower young women.
