I am passionate in my belief that gender equality is a human right and committed to a future of promoting that right for all. I am a medical doctor and a researcher in the field of gender based violence. I am also proud to be the founder & CEO of Aspire, a youth led organization dedicated to ending violence against women in Egypt. My personal experience and lessons learned from violence survivors have shaped me into a strong and resilient woman and human rights advocate.
