Mr. Aazath is a well-qualified and an extremely-organized professional in the fields of law, human rights, peace and journalism. Aazath possess a dedicated research and development (R & D) skill along with essential knowledge and significant experience in the subjected area. Aazath has been conferred with an Attorney-at-Law and he obtained his Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB). While practicing as a Human Rights Activist and as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, Aazath has been enrolled with the University of Colombo as a candidate for the Maser of Human Rights (MHR) program.
Aazath has also participated in a number of international conferences and meetings related to human rights, peace, journalism and youth affairs at various countries such as Switzerland, France, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Sri Lanka as well as United Kingdom.

Mr.Aazath was honoured with “Nelson Mandela Peace Award – 2019” by Her Excellency Ms.R.P.Marks South African High Commissioner for Sri Lanka.
