Arthur Le gentil zakiza MADOMI-MADMY- I’m a twin and I’m a young leader of Central African nationality. We are the last children of my parents and my mother is called MADMY Akoe Susanne and my father is called MADOMI Julio Bertin and my father is of Central African nationality, my mother died when I was two years old and my father died when I was six years old so I lived my life as a total orphan and I grew up in an orphanage center called hope orphan center NGO, and after I was twelve years old, I live with my sister and I have a problem of financing to continue my studies because there was a military conflict in my country but after all that I as a young person I do not give up I fight for my future and when I was twelve years old I started to create a small business to allow me to take care of myself, in 2012 my small business was destroyed by the seleka rebels and I had no money to continue my studies three years later I continued my studies I went to university and it was not easy for me and I live a difficult life. Thanks to an alumnus from Mandela Washington, Mr PANA PEPIN DONKARE, who helped me and motivated me to obtain my diploma and French language certificate at the Alliance Française center in Bangui, I took several vocational training courses with certificates of achievement in transport logistics, sewing and climate degradation at the Green Life Foundation. I was creative in the technical field and could work with anyone. I worked for an American NGO called Diane Leary called Central African Rising Inc. I created an association called One 4 Africa to defend the rights of children, women and pygmies in my father’s village and to train young people in sewing, because I couldn’t afford to go to school, and I’m currently in Kenya for the 47 cohort of the Young African Leaders Initiative in East Africa (YALI). So far, I’ve familiarized myself with leadership and am particularly motivated by Stephen Covey’s lessons. He has had the opportunity to meet other young African leaders and has learned to appreciate different languages, cultures and diversities. I intend to launch an initiative in my father’s village for the minority group in my country after I graduate from YALI, I work for everyone with the Yali network to motivate others soule cadre de montora, I am a leader for the people’s people, which means the man who can sacrifice his life for Africa and for his country.
