Samuel Isaac Zahn is a Software Developer by profession, and also a motivational speaker who speaks on capacity building and developmental issues. The message of Peace and Progress for young people has been the core of his conversations across the global. He is an instrumental force for motivation among the youths of Liberia.
He is a graduate of Paris Graduate School of Management, and a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer. He is currently the Senior Software Developer at the National Elections Commission of Liberia. He was charged with the responsibility of managing more than 174 staff during the just ended 2017 General Elections that produced Liberia’s first democratic transition in over 70 years. He is a young man with proven integrity, which has endeared him to many people, both locally and internationally.
His passion include preaching and teaching on capacity building, Developing computer-driven solutions and managing people. In 2015, he helped develop Liberia’s first National Web Portal (www.eliberia.gov.lr) while working as a Senior ICT Consultant for the Government of Liberia. He has contributedto the improvement of overall access to Information and Communications Technology for Liberians and for government entities with the development of the National ICT Policy for Liberia.
His impact on Liberia’s political and social front well over a decade, when he first launched a campaign as a critical voice speaking on issues of national importance during the civil crisis. He is happily married to Michal Dennis, an enterprising Events Planner and Interior Decorator.
