My name is Alisina Rahmatullah, and I am a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration student at the American University of Central Asia. I have always been passionate about empowering my local community by volunteering and exchanging my knowledge. In the past, my motivation to be involved in different projects and learn different ways of overcoming issues has influenced me significantly to contribute to my community. I was part of the organizing committee in the biggest international social business competition “Social Impact Award” which aims to improve the social entrepreneur among the youth of 20 countries. We teach youth about social entrepreneurship and management skills. Then I took part in a leadership winter school named “Pull Up by Boot Camp” organized by USAID. There, I studied business, innovative professions and ecology. At the end of winter school, I finished my business plan for the social start-up business “Green Marathon”.
