I am Aleya Khan currently undergoing a degree in Healthcare Administration from Dalhousie University . Previously, I graduated from Harvard University in Healthcare and Humanistic Studies in 2016. I have more than 10 years of working experience in the Healthcare field as a front line professional. Over the past few years, I worked on several projects both locally and internationally . Since years, I am engaged in volunteer work. I designed several advocacy campaigns mostly directed for the uplift of underprivileged children to help them raised awareness, protect and promote their fundamental rights ultimately contributing to peace and harmony. Earlier this year, I was awarded as Global Goodwill Ambassador title which allowed me to continue volunteer work and enhance my global network with a pool of diverse professionals. I remained the Ambassador of the My Body is my Body programme (MBIMB), Days for Girls International (DFGG), Our Cause (OC) Canadian Cancer Society (CCS) and the Ambassador for Smiles Foundation (SF) which deals with children and online fundraising. Recently I established a Foundation name Aleya Khan Foundation . I am the Founding President. It aims work for the underserved children in areas of education, basic health, food & nutrition and medical care. Moreover, I am part of an advocacy campaign which aims to protect and promote human rights while advancing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)No. 6. I am also in the planning process to work on all the related SDG goals and targets focusing children and youth equally. I also have the honor to be part of the International Model United Nations in Egypt 2019.
