I am Al Zahraa Al Fahadi, 22 years old, Right now I am studying “Data Since and Ai” in UTAS.
Since I was child, I like to be an active and effective person in my society, and hope that one day I will be a great woman that can play a role in bringing the freedom of mobility to the world. To develop my passion, I tried a lot to learn about being a leader and educate myself about different things in order to apply what I learn in my life. Consonantally, that affects positively in dealing with others. Since I was in school, I participated in some school’s Committees; for example, I was the member of the media and education committee, leader of the health committee, and member of the services committee. Moreover, in 2018, I had joined a first aid program at Bournemouth school of English in UK and I won the title of best paramedic . In addition, I volunteer my real skills with social impact organisations. Nothing accelerates development more than experience. For instance, I had joined a camp at New-Forest in Southern England and some Volunteer skills have proven it is beneficial to build and improve leadership skills. Furthermore, I feel satisfied when I do the right things for me as well as for others which enhance my self-confidence. Every activity that I participated in helped me to improve my personality and leadership and my communication skills. In addition, it developed my effective decision-making skills as I learn to make critical decisions on a regular basis that determine my life; however, I always listen to what others among me say and search for the best decisions. likewise, I learned how I can manage my time and take the ability to plan, organize and manage priorities while working under pressure.

I have started to read about Global Peace Chain Summit before one year which allowed me to get surface-level knowledge.
Now, I would like to deep-dive and gain advanced knowledge , although I got real experience From the experience of the Global Peace Chain Summit Qatar 2024 program and I learned about cross-cultural exchanges, global friendships, and leadership development.
In addition , Youth empowerment practices.

The program also presented a large number of sessions ranging from the main sessions
Theater, presentation sessions, diplomatic and policymaking panels, Social Innovation Acceleration Challenge, etc.

Upon graduation from GPCS, I will be prepared to address the challenges of leading international projects and maintaining ethical and professional standards.
In the future,I plan to encourage the government to open a channel of communication and contribution with the program to introduce this program in my country. This will help to further integrate between different sectors and enhance the learning process. In addition, I expect to develop my society by teaching some other people my experience and knowledge which I learned by joining GPCS.
The most important thing is to gain experience in how I can change my country and the world for the better. Indeed, I found this program match with my interests and has an international reputation for excellence level in education.
