ADOUM zagalo Abdel Aziz is a civil engineering, he studied at University of Ain-Temouchent-Algeria , currently he works at “UnipetroleChad company” in Chad, he serves as an engineer. Moreover, he was president of CEET( community of the foreign students in Ain- Temouchent-Algeria). Furthermore as a young leader, he is member of many organizations of civil society and Youth movements in Chad:
