Adelina Sambala is a Tanzanian female of 33 years old, A master’s degree holder in development studies, development practitioner, a co-founder and CEO of Up with Community (UCO Tanzania); Non-governmental organization registered inTanzania.she has worked in with African leadership and Reconciliation ministries a peace building and conflict reconciliation organization for four years as a peacemaker and community transformation coordinator. Furthermore is a project designer, planner, evaluator, researcher, and facilitator leading positive impact to community transformation.
