My name is Abdu N’djai. I live in London, I was born in the west of Africa, Guinea- Bissau.I spent my childhood in Bissau, having moved from Bissau to Portugal, I attended both primary and secondary in Portugal. Consequently, I studied “International Baccalaureate” in Law at “Lusophony University and then, I moved to the UK to study Law at “Essex University.” In 2010 I obtained a certificate of Higher Education in Law. After successfully completing SIA (Security Industry Authority) license in the UK, I worked for prestigious company such as Marks and Spencer, MITIE, Securitas and JLL, where I experienced and developed leadership skills, by becoming supervisor and Manager. Every year I volunteer with “Crisis” a non-profit organisation. As a result, was inspired to co-found as well as, non-profit organisation “Teamandjai” in 2012.The main goal is to become an advocate for the people with focus on youths and woman empowerment and equal rights. There are also tools to consult people on the issue of education, mentoring, life coaching, speaking, migration as well as, representing also prisoner’s right to make a world a better place.
