I’m a young Mauritanian leader, and engineering student at POLYTECHNIC OF NOUAKCHOTT, I like making new friends and gaining new experiences, I’m also frequently active online as I have attended different summits and several webinars about leadership, programming and problem solving. I was chosen in an extremely competitive selection to participate as a self-funded delegate in YOUNG PROFESSIONAL LEADERS TAKSHENT 2021, I am a member of Honor society(USA) and I love programming and computer science related things, I’m passionate about making a positive impact on my society and I believe that the most powerful way to do so is through education.
In the last three months I achieved several personal goals, As I was the only Mauritanian delegate in YOULEAD21 summit, which is Africa’s biggest summit for Youth, I was also selected by African voice organization to benefit from a three-day training in debating skills and public speaking, and later as a representative for my country in the African debate championship, In the meantime I am a preselected applicant for MANDELA WASHINGTON FELLOWSHIP 2022 and I’m working voluntarily with some colleagues on opening a local office for AfCFTA youth advisory council by request from YouLead Africa organization
