Global Peace Summit events usually consist of 200 seats in total. The seats are further divided into three categories; Fully-Funded, Partially Funded and Self-Funded
There are 20 Fully-Funded seats, 40 Partially-Funded seats and 160 Self-Funded seats.
The placements of delegates in these categories is at the discretion of the GPC Selection Committee, based on the delegate’s personal and professional experiences, reasons to join the event and future impact plans
Fully-Funded means that the selected delegate will be provided with an Air-ticket (specific amount reimbursed), Accommodation, Certificate, Meals (Breakfast and Lunch), Conference Kit, access to Cultural Ceremonies and relevant event activities etc.
Partially-Funded means that the delegate will be provided Accommodation, Certificate, Meals (Breakfast and Lunch), access to the Cultural Ceremonies and related event activities.
Self-Funded means that the delegates avail the Delegate Package (Full Experience/Half Experience) and will be given equal privileges including the Certificates, Conference Kits and access to the Cultural and related event activities.
The Application Processing Fee is $30 only. Moreover, the fee is mandatory and non-refundable under all circumstances in all defined categories.
It is highly recommended that all applicants hold a valid passport in order to travel. In case you have applied for your passport but haven’t received it yet, you can attach your National ID in the passport section of the application and attain your passport till the result announcement. It is to be noted that your privacy is our top priority and your personal details will be secured with us.
Three payment methods are mentioned under the Fee Section of the application. You can pick the option most feasible for you.
Due to the high volume of applications, we recommend that applicants submit their applications with the best details. Applications cannot be edited after the submission.
To assist you in your visa process, GPC provides customised Invitation Letters to strengthen your application. That being said, GPC cannot guarantee visa acquisition for any delegate category.
Yes, GPC assists every delegate category in planning their trip.
Applicants are required to submit one general application. After which, the GPC Selection Committee examines the applications, focusing on the applicant’s personal and professional experiences, uniqueness, reasons to join the event and specific future goals. Moreover, the Selection Committee discourages general answers without specific details and elements of oneself. All in all, we want to know you and your goals and ambitions.
