I am a senior college student who is studying Political science and International Relations and double majoring in History at Ibn Haldun University (GPA: 3.91). My team was the winner of the Learning the EU Quiz Show at the national level in my high school. I was ranked 608th student out of 2 million students in the National University Entrance Examination. I organized an international seminar series about the history of emotions in 2022. I am a member of one of the finalist teams of TEKNOFEST in 2023 with our digital humanities. We were rewarded with the best presentation award at the competition. I have been volunteering in some local NGOs, including YECED (Children of Earth Association), the Harmony Project of ULFED, and the International Refugee Association. In addition to that, I have been volunteering at the UNHCR as one of the young champions since April 2023. I am particularly interested in migration policy, diplomacy, conflict analysis & resolution, and emotions. I am the vice coordinator of the UNESCO project “Do You The City You Live In?” which includes cultural diplomacy and mobility between France and Turkey. I have been selected as one of 20 youth delegates in UNITE 2030 thanks to my passion for the SDGs out of more than 1500 applicants. Lastly, I would like to highlight that I have been taking many related courses on SDGs and peacebuilding, including Conflict Analysis & Resolution, Ethnic Conflicts & Civil Wars, Diplomatic History, Perspectives on Human Rights and Democracy, Citizenship and Human Rights, Migration and Refugees.
