I am Ramajini Gnanasuthan, a Sri Lankan undergraduate currently enrolled in the University of Moratuwa’s B.Sc. (Hons.) in the Artificial Intelligence program. I have received several awards since my school years, including All-Around Student of the Year, Debater of the Year, and Best Math Student of the Year. In my final academic year at school, I also served as President of the Student Union. In 2020, I was honoured with an award for a poem presented by the Honorable Prime Minister.
I joined the Rotaract Club of Achievers Lanka Business School while studying CIMA, where I later became the Director of Club Service Avenue and contributed to numerous community service initiatives. I also served as the Project Chair for Blind Walk 2022, a fundraiser supporting persons who are visually impaired. In addition, I completed a six-month internship at Yarl IT Hub, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth in the tech sector.
I later served as the Marketing Team Lead of IEEE WIE at the University of Moratuwa for the year 2022–2023. Alongside these responsibilities, I remained committed to my academic journey, which led me to one of the most challenging and rewarding degree programs – Artificial Intelligence.
Further enriching my professional exposure, I completed an international internship in India under the Tata Global Internship Program, gaining invaluable industry experience and a broader global perspective.
