Manuela BOKPAKA MOBANZE has more than 9 years of experience in conflict management, facilitation, administration and finance. She is currently the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program in CAR, where she is dedicated to supporting the program, ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the Office of the Deputy Resident Representative Program, effectively communicating and supporting the communication of the Office, facilitating capacity building and administrative and financial management of program activities.
She had to participate in the implementation of the 2020-2021 electoral process from voter registration to the December 2020 and May 2021 polls.
From 2017 to 2019, as a United Nations volunteer, she had to ensure the administrative and financial management of the following projects implemented by UNDP
Project to support sustainable income-generating activities (By applying the 5S KAIZEN);
Joint Youth Program;
Social Stabilization and Prevention of Radicalization of Violent Extremism Project.
From 2014 to 2016, she had to work as a Mediator and Facilitator in Social Cohesion and Conflict Management at the NGO Danish Refugee Council
From 2013 to 2014, she had to work as a Community Mobilizer at the NGO Solidarity International in the framework of food security. Manuela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in Humanitarian Action and Development. Manuela is motivated in the field of leadership in public management in order to better understand the issues related to public engagement with the government to develop and advocate for policies and social changes to contribute to the development of her country. Manuela is one of the Alumni of o Mandela Washington Fellowship, Manuela plans to move into management positions to build on the skills she has acquired and develop expertise in the area of public governance. Manuela is also member of United network of young peacebuilders throught SOS CIVISME Central African Republic
