Peace and tranquillity is what every people in this world wants. In times of war and ethnic conflict, there are bound to be victims of violence and injustice, and in this world every person needs support, regardless of nationality or religion. During Global Challenges Lessons, we studied concepts of peace as a basis for the prosperous development of peoples and countries, such as peace through dialogue and mass media. In the biggest volunteer organisation of the country which has several thousand volunteers, I made posts and posts that several thousand people read and understood.
I think I am a good candidate for this programme and I participated in the NUMUN 2019 conferences (Nazarbayev University Model United States) where I got my first taste of community opinions about children’s rights at school and domestic violence, I volunteerd at the Hyundai Pandemic Relief Program that I helped to deliver pensions for low-income families and mothers of large families in December 2020 and several times I participated in the Jas talents program where we discussed projects that could make a difference in the social situation of families in Kazakhstan. In 2021 I was invited to an online seminar based on 17 global goals by republic center of education ” Daryn”, where we discussed various ways to improve the lives of local people.
I know I’m like a drop in the sea that doesn’t change anything however, as Mother Teresa used to say “We ourselves feel that everything we do is a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be smaller without that drop.”
