My name is Chinelo Umeokafor from Nigeria. I obtained my bachelor degree in Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka with a second class Upper honour in Horticulture. I have also obtained additional certificates like Certificate in Media and Information Literacy, Health,Safety and Environment Certificate and certificate in introduction to sustainable development in business. I presently work in an Environmental consulting firm and also undergoing my Masters program. I am involved in providing services in the areas of- Environmental and Social Impact Identification, Assessment, Mitigation and Monitoring; Risk Identification and Assessment; Social livelihood and gender-related issues – across Nigeria. My responsibilities have exposed me to acquiring valuable skills in environmental and social management systems, ecosystem preservation and conflict resolution.
