I am Alain Sinaï DIATTA, actually volunteering in DECLIC (Integrated Civic Leadership and Community Development) as Learning & Development Manager. I have more than 8 years of experience in community development. I have good working knowledge in leadership, organizational and community development in the south part of Senegal.
I am in charge of supporting and empowering capacity building of at team 200 members and 312 volunteers in our community. I also volunteer as a coach and manage English learning class for African students.
I have a good working knowledge in mobilizing young people for a common good. I recently helped UNICEF to work with more than 50 young people who participated to a polio vaccine digital campaign.
Thus I supervised, a national consultancy of UNICEF and organized focus group for more than 107 young people in 3 weeks and contribute to write reports for UNICEF.
Actually trainer of volunteers working on peace building in 14 villages victims of more than 30 years of Casamance conflict.
