My name is Xhesian Balili and I have completed a master’s degree in Urban Environmental Management and I am currently completing a professional master’s degree in spatial planning and GIS applications. I have won the Excellence program initiated by the Albanian Government and I am currently part of the Public Administration at the State Authority for Geospatial Information. At the same time I am part of two international environmental projects in the European Cooperation in Science and Technology, where I have the opportunity to put my knowledge and skills into best practice.
The reason why I want to join the Global Peace Ambassador, is the opportunity and the spirit it offers to young people like me, giving us the opportunity to develop our ideas in order to improve the quality of life in the society where we live. I, like many other young people, face every day the devaluation of the thought or the strength that the youth carries, and the reasons are always different. However, this has never stopped me from expressing not only my opinion constructively but also the desire to make wishes come true. I am convinced that the value of an individual is when he tries to do and give of himself everything without any conditions, but with a very strong reason in mind, the love for his country and the development and improvement of life in every aspect.
The Global Peace Ambassador is the best opportunity to support the development and realization of my ideas on political, economic, social and environmental views. If this opportunity were given to me, I am ready to dedicate to her all the will, dedication and punctuality that characterize me. Representing the voice of young people full of dreams who want to see their country developed, to create high standards. My mission is to be the voice of the generation I represent but also of those who will come in the future.
