Shota Imerlishvili is a governance, peacebuilding, and strategic communications professional with extensive experience across governmental and non-governmental sectors. He completed four years of university study in International Relations at Georgian Technical University and holds additional qualifications in Public Policy Analysis (USAID & GIPA), Human Resource Management, and Public Administration.

Shota has served in senior and advisory roles, including at Tbilisi City Hall, and has contributed to strategic communications and national security–related initiatives through his work with the Georgian Strategic Analysis Center and the Georgian Center for Strategy and Development. His expertise spans peacebuilding and conflict sensitivity, where he has facilitated capacity development workshops, led stakeholder dialogues, and supported the design of grassroots and policy-level interventions using participatory and culturally responsive approaches.

His work also encompasses social inclusion and gender equality, diaspora engagement and migration, and climate change responsiveness, including participation in the Youth Interfaith Leaders Fellowship on Climate Change (2025). Shota’s project proposal, Peacebuilder’s Network: Empowering Youth for Sustainable Conflict Resolution, reflects his commitment to strengthening local leadership and resilience in fragile and post-conflict contexts.
