This is Mahmood Abdullah Hamood Al-Maqashi, Yemeni nationality I am 28 years old. I am Ph.D researcher under management department with subject research : The Role of Management Information System (MIS) in Improving The Performance and Efficiency of Human Resources Management. I am doing the Ph.D at Dr. B.A.M. University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. I have completed the master degree from same university in personnel management major in 2019, and I did complete my undergraduate degree from Sana’a university in Information System major.
