I am Rushanthan Navaratnarajah from Sri Lanka and my designations are Human Rights Peace Defender in Association of Social Activities Development Sri Lanka, UNV/UNDP Volunteer, Peace Ambassador at Global Peace Chain, IMUN Campus Ambassador And I’m currently working at Sarvodaya Headquarters (NGO Sector) as National Project Co-ordination. As a Sri Lanka citizen I have huge responsibilities towards my nation meanwhile I have the experience on Entrepreneurship field as well as I have been to many workshop on it. As a young and an enthusiastic youth I visited to the entire Sri Lanka for my project to get the intention of youth in this country. This had given me more experience and I’m much aware about the languages used in Sri Lanka. This gained experiences help me to build myself and it always makes me a good resource person to the society and to my mother nation.

Project Coordinator for a year – “Youth Entrepreneurship” project at Sarvodaya Headquarters. (2019- 2020)
The practical application of enterprising qualities, such as initiative, innovation, creativity, and risk-taking into the work environment (either in self-employment or employment.) Successfully coordinated 160 young youth’s beneficiaries from Northern and eastern province of the country. By two national languages Tamil & Sinhala. Proving possible Business ideology to develop them and to make each and every individual as financially independent. Granting their Efforts towards business by Grama Niladari of particular area.
Project Coordinator national wise at Sarvodaya. “THARUNODAYA” – Multicultural Social Entrepreneurship 2020 onwards.
We may have different religions different languages different skin colors but we all belong to one Human Race. This Multi-Cultural Social Entrepreneurship National Project to facilitate 250 youth beneficiaries to become financially independent. Worked in 25 Districts with Trilingual people. Discovering the peak entrepreneur and awarding. Granting their Business ideology for better tomorrow. Formulate equality among youths.
NOTE – I am currently writing some social project prefaces for educational development in Nuwara Eliya district. I have also been going to some schools to get the GCE Ordinary Level examinations’ results, research them and make some efforts to implement in some specific educational zonal in the Nuwara- Eliya District.
I am interested in doing many more community based services including all the social services & Experiences mentioned above. So i needs a recognition that allows me to do social services to my community. Based on that I heard about your organization and I would like to join your organization do many more social work
