Hello there! My name is Ekaterina Kiriukhina, I was born on April 8, 1998 in the small provincial city of Izhevsk in Russia. Since I was 12 years old I participated in scientific conferences at sch, studied at art and dance schools.
In 2014-2018, I studied at the Republican music College. During my studies, I organized music competitions and festivals, and also implemented my own project- Regional folk music competition. I was a member of the City student Council, the Youth legislative chamber, and the Student teaching team. I conducted Winter and summer schools for students in my city.
At the moment, I am a student of the Kazan state Institute of culture, profile “Event management”.
I was a volunteer in 7 cities of Russia at such events as:
– Cultural project “Delphic games”
– TED talks BaumanSt conference
– All-Russian competition “Leader of the 21st century”.
My work experience:
2020-coordinator (team leader) at the “Tavrida Art” residence for creative youth in Crimea
2019-Erasmus long-term EVS project in Romania (teaching tolerance and cultural diversity to children)
2018-project Manager of the “University of Talents” NGO (implementation of educational conferences for young people, development of mentoring, etc.)
2017-2018 – I worked as a marketer in the organization of international internships AIESEC.
I believe that continuous development is the key to success, so I took part in the Erasmus Global Week conference in Norway , the Russian-Armenian youth forum, the Eurasia Global international educational forum, the all-Russian forum “Youth team of the country”, etc.
In 2019-2020, I participated in the AuPair cultural exchange in the UK and Spain.
I study the sustainable development goals and develop projects aimed at developing international youth cooperation. I consider youth communication an important condition for maintaining peace and cooperation between countries.
During the pandemic, I took online courses in leadership, psychology, and digital marketing from the universities of Pennsylvania, Oxford, and Business City School.
In my free time, I read a lot, do figure skating and swimming, and study Spanish.
I make effective presentations and easily make new contacts.
I am ready to take on new projects and bring it to the end. I work well in a team, I can solve conflicts and compromise. I quickly generate unusual ideas using brainstorming, mind mapping, and other techniques.
