I have engaged in flood relief to victims in Sri Lanka , raised funds with my daughter in Singapore and hope to setup a NGO to help the underpriveleged in Sri Lanka.
I also worked with Sri Lanka Salvation Army as a Property Consultant and have an experience of over 20 years as a building Contractor
I also provided advice volunterily to Chief Engineer Mr.Ganepola of UN habitat for the Indian housing project for civilians post war in the North and east of Sri Lanka after the end of a 30 year war.
At the moment as a Sri lankan belonging to the muslim minority , struggling to promote peace and build trust among the Chatholic community after the unfortunate attack by terrorist on churches .
I currently live ib a 90% Chatholic populated area and in a gated community where I am the only Muslim.
