I I am a 33 Years old Development professional working with over 9 years experience in the development sector.I am CEO of Coalition for Training Research and Development Pvt.Ltd which is nepalese owned private company.
My primary has been in program management and coordination and capacity building especially with children, adolescents, child protection ,gender issues ,organization capacity development including national and international volunteer mobilization in mezzo and macro level. My key competencies include Training and facilitation , organization capacity building, programme management, monitoring and evaluation and my major strengths work extensive proven experience with national and local policy ,social movement familiarity; Capacity building to NGOs and governments. I was awarded as International Youth Peace Ambassador by Eubios Ethics Institute for recognizing contribution in the field of peace building, youth engagement and international and national youth mobilization in different time.I have served as a committee member of International Youth Committee to organize 7th International Youth Peace Ambassador Workshop 2015, Program Coordinator for 1st International Youth Peace Camp 2013 as a part of UNESCO Youth Peace Festival held in Nepal in coordination with UNESCO and National Commission for UNESCO.
