Kooshilla is a human resource and youth development practitioner. She has a passion for project management as well. She has a strong sense of purpose and commitment to make change happen. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive for results and believes in continuous learning, diversity and inclusion as well as integrity and accountability in order to achieve organizational goals. She has the ability to think strategically and provide credible leadership to the people she works with. She strongly believes in youth empowerment and emancipation.

She has a Bachelors in Human Resource Management and a Masters in IT Enterprise Management. She has been working with the public sector as well as the private sector in Mauritius and internationally for more than 7 years. She is part of several Non-Profit Organizations like Global Shapers Community, YALI, JCI Curepipe, YQA and Link to Life amongst other.
