I’m a business graduate that is passionate about networking with youths globally to discuss women empowerment and raising awareness on mental health that is often overlooked. I am most passionate about educating and raising awareness about mental health. Especially in Singapore or most asian countries where such topics are considered as taboo. If we are able to cultivate such topics into the local school curriculum, as time goes on students will be able to rationalize what they are feeling and thinking to be able to gain the help that is required. Most of my friends including myself have a tough time accepting the fact that we may need to seek help to understand what we are going through and i wish to spread the word to ensure that in the future seeking help from a psychologist or reaching out for help will be much easier as well as widely accepted.
