Frantz BELIZAIRE studied Internationales Relations and Political Science, he has a certificate in Spanish language and another certificate in English language. He is an activist in his country against the climate change.
He has a certificate awarded by the United Nations Institute for Training and Reaserch (UNITAR) after a training at the United Nations Headquarter on Music and Sustainable Development and also a certificate awarded by the Permanente Mission of Haiti to the United Nations after his internship in the 73rd Session of the United Nations General Assembly (73rd UNGA).
He speaks French, English, Spanish and Creole. He has also a skill on library affair. Frantz is decide to fight against the impunity, poverty and inequality in hsi country, this the reason he has participated in some peace promotion conferences.
