Fredrick Cosmas is a Graduate student with a Degree of Science in Economics; Project Planning and Management, with a sound background in Programme/Project Planning and Management as well as extensive training in Community Based Programmes on areas such as Education, Lobbying & Advocacy, Civic Participation, Gender, Child development, livelihoods and Research & Development. Experienced in working with a range of multilevel stakeholders such as government, communities, partners and donors with adaptable writing skills to an excellent record of success in writing, editing and proofreading a wide range of documents (project proposal, concept note, abstracts and monthly, quarterly & annual reports and monitoring & evaluation frame works).

He is current the Programs Manager at Youth Dreams Foundation. He’s advocating to increase the access of quality education for the unprivileged youth and to fight against unemployment in Tanzania.

His motivation is to become an active member of the community in his work and activity that are always linked to the realization of the United Nations Suistanable Development Goals (SDGs) and the role that young people have to be the present and the future of the country. He believes that, it’s his responsibility to help change the country, to bring solutions to social issues such as inclusive quality education,peace, entrepreneurship, poverty, unemployment and spread awareness and knowledge about these issues. In order to contribute to the realization of the SDGs, specifically on quality education and foster innovation, inclusive and sustainable economic growth for all.
