我是子安，来自中国的21岁女孩。

As an undergraduate student, I was awarded the National Scholarship (0.01%) by the Ministry of education of PRC, which is the highest honor for young college students, and then admitted in advance by the Graduate School of Zhejiang University, one of the top universities in China, to continue my further study there.
本科期间，我曾获得中国教育部颁发给青年大学生的至高荣誉-国家奖学金（0.01%），也因此被浙江大学这所中国顶尖名校的研究生院提前录取，继续在此深造。

At the beginning of the gap year, I didn’t choose to travel all over the world at once, but as the Chief Cultural officer of China, accompanied the political leaders and scholars of foreign countries to participate in World Internet Conference held in Wuzhen. During the visit to China, Kilnam Chon, the father of the Internet in South Korea, invited me to participate in face-to-face talks and private dinners with the Chinese government, world think tank experts and famous Chinese entrepreneurs, and shared with me his growth stories in his youth, encouraging me to think about the responsibilities of young citizens of the world.
在我间隔年的开端，我没有选择立刻奔赴世界各地旅游，而是作为中国方面的首席文化官陪同各国政要参与乌镇世界互联网峰会。韩国互联网之父全吉男先生在游访中国的过程中邀请我共同参与了同中国政府、世界智库专家、著名企业家的面对面会谈活动以及私人晚宴，并与我分享了他青年时代的成长故事，勉励我思考新一代世界青年公民的责任与担当。

All of this is undoubtedly a unique opportunity for me to grow up, and I am encouraged.
这一切对我来说无疑是一个难得的成长契机，也让我深受鼓舞。

I think she is very brave, and also feel that I should be like her, to become part of promoting the world to change in a better direction.
我记得2018年的时候，年仅14岁的瑞典青年活动家格利塔桑伯格向全世界宣称：做出改变，无关年龄。我觉得她很勇敢，也觉得自己也应当向她那样，成为推动世界向更加美好的方向改变的一份子。

In recent months, I have made preliminary action to make a more in-depth investigation and research on the issue of “global sustainable development” that I have been concerned about for years, and wrote a more systematic dissertation, so as to better understand the importance of peace for all mankind.
近几个月来，我作出了初步的行动，对自己一直关注的“全球可持续发展”问题做更为深入的调查与研究，并就该问题撰写了一篇较为系统的毕业论文，更深刻地理解了和平对全人类而言的的重要性。

As a student majoring in strategic communication, I am also obliged to stand out and let more people realize the importance of peace for sustainable development in a vivid way. I expect to get the attention and support of GPC and hope that my speech will be delivered at the conference so that the world’s youth can think about the common destiny of mankind further.
作为一个主修策略传播的学生，我也应该要站出来，用一种生动的方式让更多人认识到和平之于可持续发展的重要性。我企盼得到GPC的关注和支持，渴望我的声音在大会上被传递，让世界青年对人类的共同命运居安思危。
