Ambition, persistence, courage and most importantly prayers, embodies 19 year old Neil Francis from the community of Babonneau. I am an enthusiastic representative for my community and young people on a whole.One of my main objectives is youth representation and giving young persons a voice and a platform to shout from. I also i’m willing to be that link between young people and the ever growing world that we all have a part in developing. I have been given different chances to speak on behalf of young people and becoming General Secretary of the Babonneau Youth & Sports Council was the most recent opportunity.
