My name is Tran Chieu An, I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Global Development and Entrepreneurship at Ca’Foscari University of Venice. I completed my bachelor’s degree in economics in Vietnam, after working and volunteering at many international non-governmental organisations like UNDP-2030 Youth Force and Junior Achievement Vietnam, I realised the potential and importance of developing the Economy with sustainability and the role of Entrepreneurship. Along with improving academic ability, I was exposed to a developed economy where I was equipped with the advanced skills and a deepening the knowledge of processes of Global Development, integrating economic, managerial, geographical and cultural knowledge. I am also particularly interested in emerging economies as well as globalisation since it is the common process across Asia region while Vietnam is part of it. I am Founder and Board member of four English Speaking Community in my first degree’s University and local area. I am alumni of 2030 Youth Force Vietnam Community. I am Annually arrange small and mega charity project for the Poor in Southern rural area of Vietnam. I am manager of many International NGOs project in Vietnam. With my experiences, I have insight and fully understanding of the non-profit activities, moreover, my network and relationships at local level as well as international could support to build up the recognition and awareness of Global Peace. Last but not least, I have background in marketing, communication and event planning which could really useful for the organisation as well.
