On the surface, Richard Nelson Caulker is a Sierra Leonean Youth Ambassador with over 8
years experience in Advocacy and community development activism.
He Holds a Diploma in peace and conflict studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and
History in the university of Sierra Leone Fourah Bay college, also hold a certificate of
knowledge in leadership management from the African Leadership Institute.
He was awarded a Sierra Leone peace Ambassador , a Sierra Leone Youth Ambassador in
2019, Sierra Leone designated rep to African Youth in Livestock Forestry and incubation
network and was also appointed as the Country coordinator Climate Smart Agriculture
Youth Network.
In particular, he focuses on topics like Sustainable Development Goals and Politics, he is an
influential decision maker a visionary leader.
For the most recent months as a Youth Ambassador he has successfully nourished her
insatiable passion, he did it by attending capacity building trainings and workshop.
