I am Arlindo João Catchongo Caiombe a professional English language teacher in my country, I also work as volunteer teacher in my own propriety with more than 10 children under my control. Moreover, I am a YALI Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa alumnus committed to transforming Africa. The YALI programme in South Africa boosted my interpersonal skills. Now with the knowledge gained during the programme will allow me to suggest other with great strategies to solve many social problems that are frequently happening in our continent. For example the war conflicts, the Xenophobic attacks, racism, discrimination, terrorism and so forth. In addition, I also learn with other leaders from civic leadership track that one of the greatest way to solve many of these social problems is through educating and introducing people the basic principles of God’s word since their childhood.
