Refund Policy

At Global Peace Chain (GPC), all registration fees are collected to secure participation and to support the organization, execution, and delivery of programs, summits, certifications, and related activities. By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are strictly limited and may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a verified technical or system error
  • If the participant is found to have been charged incorrectly due to an administrative error
  • If a refund is explicitly approved in writing by the organizing committee in exceptional and justified circumstances

No refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

●Changes of personal plans or decision not to attend
● Visa, travel, or personal scheduling issues
● Failure to attend after confirmation or selection
● Partial attendance or withdrawal during the program
● Lack of preparation or inability to participate due to personal reasons

In the unlikely event that Global Peace Chain (GPC) cancels a program or event, participants may be offered:

A voucher for future participation, or

An alternative participation opportunity as officially communicated by the Organization

Global Peace Chain (GPC), Global Business Symposium (GBS), Young Professional Fellowship (YPF), and One Global Forum (OGF) operate as affiliated sister organizations under a shared global network of leadership programs, forums, fellowships, summits, and international initiatives.

 Accordingly, any approved compensation, voucher, or program credit may be utilized for eligible events organized by any of these affiliated organizations, subject to availability and applicable participation requirements.

The final decision regarding compensation, voucher issuance or alternative participation opportunities shall remain solely with the Organization based on program circumstances.

Global Peace Chain (GPC) shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

● Natural disasters
● Political instability
● Pandemics or health emergencies
● Government restrictions or travel bans
● Technical failures or force majeure events

In such cases, the Organization may offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling, or program credits where applicable, but refunds will not be automatically guaranteed.

  • All eligible refund requests must be submitted through official communication channels
  • Requests must include proof of payment and relevant supporting details
  •  Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe as determined by the Organization
  •  Processing times may vary depending on banking or payment providers

Global Peace Chain (GPC) reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on the official website and will apply to future registrations.
