My name is Sadman Miraz, and I am driven by a deep passion to create impact where it truly matters—within people and communities. Serving as a Deputy Departmental Chief in the Department of IT at the Lalmonirhat Zila Red Crescent Unit under the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society has shaped my purpose into action, allowing me to combine technology with humanitarian service. Through my journey, I have not only taken on leadership responsibilities but also committed myself to empowering others—being trained as a CEA Focal Person, a Trainer of Trainers (ToT) in First Aid, and in Project Programme Planning. These experiences have taught me that true achievement is not just personal success, but the ability to stand beside people in their most vulnerable moments, to guide, to teach, and to uplift.
