I am a community development practitioner with a strong academic background in Sociology and a minor in Conflict and Peace Studies, which have shaped my understanding of social systems, inequality, and peacebuilding.
I have worked closely with rural communities to design and implement sustainable solutions, including supporting a community posho mill project and facilitating agribusiness trainings. These experiences have strengthened my skills in community engagement, conflict sensitivity, leadership, and participatory development.
I am particularly passionate about fostering social cohesion, empowering marginalized groups, and promoting inclusive dialogue. My academic training, combined with hands-on field experience, enables me to approach community challenges with both analytical insight and practical solutions.
