Delphin De-Beau-Marché WATTA is a young leader, peace advocate, and humanitarian logistics professional from the Central African Republic. He holds a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Ghana and has completed professional trainings in project management, logistics and supply chain management, peacebuilding, and conflict prevention.
He currently serves as a Store Assistant in the WATSAN Unit of the Engineering Section at MINUSCA, supporting logistics operations, stock management, and field mission compliance. Previously, he worked as a Logistician with the POLYSERVICES Engineering Group.
Delphin is actively engaged in youth leadership and volunteerism through SOS Civisme CAR, Global Peace Chain CAR, and GreenWave Collective CAR, where he leads advocacy campaigns, youth dialogues, and community initiatives promoting peace, human rights, gender equality, climate action, and sustainable development.
