My name is Engy Badwy, I’m 27 years old and from Egypt.
I graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Department of Hebrew Language, and I am currently a Master’s researcher specializing in Modern Hebrew Literature.
I work as a journalist focusing on Israeli affairs, and I am a member of the Egyptian Youth Parliament under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, where I serve as the Deputy of the Planning and Budget Committee.
Previously, I worked as a field correspondent for Al Arabiya Channel in Egypt.
Since the Gaza War in 2023, I have participated in organizing humanitarian relief convoys and visited Rafah once.
I also took part in a humanitarian initiative to provide moral support for displaced Palestinians from Gaza inside Egypt.
