I am a youth advocate and a qualified civil engineer who is working in the field of climate change advocacy and construction. While being engaged in the process for more than 3 years, I have immensely contributed towards climate agenda and created many innovative environment-friendly construction plans. I also attended multiple UNFCCC Sessions, Including being in the national delegation of Egypt for the last COP24 Session.
I am currently helping My community towards building the awareness of climate change and the devastating effects of unprecedented natural disasters. As a key convener of the first-ever LCOY in Egypt I have been effectively working with local organizations and ministries towards having a successful conference. I also country serving as the global peace ambassador for Egypt, also awarded as a global changemaker for my outstanding contribution towards grassroots community in empowering young and for using the advancement of technology in finding climate-friendly solutions.
I am also a key resource person and facilitator for more than 15 local and international meetings and workshops. Including being interviewed by national television and lectures about climate awareness in my university.
Currently, I am closely working with many other youth organizations and ministries towards move building meaningful youth engagement at the national level. LCOY is also expected to bring many youth from all over the parts of the country.
