Ruth Berta Artur Boane is a mozambican young leader. She holds a Master of Arts in Defence and Strategic Studies from Savitribai Phule Pune University, India, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same University. She also holds a One year course on International Relations, Human Rights and Role of International Law from Abeda Inamdar College, India.
Boane has participated in many international certified conferences, seminars and workshops. In 2018 she joined the Mozambican Armed Forces, however, she didn’t complete the military training due to health problems.
She is currently a Social Activist and she was selected for the Young African Leaders Initiative where she took the course on Public Administration and Governance.
