I am Lulseged from Ethiopia. I want to devote myself to expand human right through strengthening the rule of law and equitable access to justice through any means! I work for a NGO as Programs Manager and have roles of Providing technical oversight, strategic direction and ensuring appropriate support for the implementation of programs and Projects; Developing and reviewing evidence based training materials, job aids, and curricula needed ; Coordinating assessments; Strengthening the relationships among the organization, donors and Government; Formulating and testing sustainable solutions to gaps; Preparing annual and quarterly work plan and budget and coordinate the implementation of the projects; Preparing quarterly and annual project reports and submit to donors and GO, Conducting baseline studies, midterm and terminal evaluations; Preparing project concept notes and project proposals and ensuring team works in the organization; Supporting the logistics management etc. The skills and capacities I got through enacting all these roles would help me to hold the role of a Global Peace Ambassador.
