Uzma Zaheen is student of Master’s Degree in International Relations at Kardan University. She received her bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law from Kabul University. She has obtained a Diploma in Management and Leadership and a certificate in Business administration from American University of Afghanistan. She attended National Conference on Youth and Peace and Had a Meeting with NATO Senior Civilian Representatives in Afghanistan as youth representative discussing the National Conference on Youth and Peace. She had a discussion on peace and reconciliation, which hosted by the Deputy Chief of Mission of the United States Embassy.She had participated many Model United Nation Conferences (MUNs) during this period she’s actively involved in MUN as delegate and co-chair. Her first experience as a co-chair was at ZIMUN in UNWOMEN committee and as Vice President in Security council at EAIMUN. Currently she is working in one of the International Organizations as M&E Officer. She is voluntarily working with many organizations for women and youth development programs. Recently she has been recognized as one of the young leaders at provincial level in One Young World Organization. She is ambitious to work for peace, youth and community developments.
