Venuste is a holder of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specialized in Finance from university of Rwanda, has also completed a peer led-short courses in the 7 habits of highly effective people organized by Africa youth leadership forum. Also is an alumni of AIESEC with aim of develop leaders and activate leadership,The organization rises youth that have will and opportunity to make a change in society, for a better future. It’s the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential. I also participated in the 2015 Global Enterprise Experience with members of global team of eight participants from Canada, England,Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria and Rwanda of cause. Nations that are big and small,rich and poor and with world views that are worlds apart. We formed a cohesive team, ran a creative process to generate ideas for a profitable venture that addresses the needs of the vulnerable in society. I helped the friend of mine to start up a company, now it is on success level. I and my colleagues formed charity org, we recruited 250 volunteers from education institutions. Currently am serving an international NGO. Furthermore, I work well with a good mix of people from different nationalities, gender and cultural differences. I’m well motivated, focused and efficient.
