Youssouf Hisseine Sabre is a Student at the Faculty of Legal and Political Sciences at the University of Douala and Secretary General of the CEMAC Youth Solidarity Club at the University of Douala. He is also in charge of the external relations of the student trainees association and Chadian students in Douala and in charge of the integration of students from the subregion of the association of the Faculty of Law of the University of Douala.
