Evana Nishku is working as member of the board of directors for Pro Albania Business which is a non profit society taking care of businesses in Albania and promote new university programs and updates.
It represents the export on BPO services , Albanian businesses all around the world and global industry too.
Evana volunteered at GLOW Albania by following the moto Girl Lead Our World and representing it to every girls she meet and had the pleasure to meet by giving them examples that even in a country that it is hard to be equal because of mentality everything can be possible.
Her position allowed her to improve her leadership and organization skills by teaching to her to be flexible and easily to fit in.
She volunteered at We Are Equal , by giving her contribute for DEAF people and teaching to them that we have to be treated all the same and by being part of their community Evana learned that the heart is all what matters at the end.
By participating in this way on World Forum Russia 2018 she had the opportunity to get to know lots of people by developing in this way new projects and new plans for the upcoming days.
