For the past 10 years now Ericsson has been on the root of helping young adults to process learning and grassroots capacity building so as they can translate their learning, ideas, and vision into sustainable social impacts and develop a strong, passionate, healthy sustainable and resilient generation equipped to take on future socio-economical, political and environmental challenges. Ericsson believes by facilitating social values through creating a productive workforce of Millennials that can make Sustainable contributions to economic development will not only help the community growth but also support global peace through supporting youth at risk and create the equitable opportunity for all disadvantaged and marginalized groups with confidence and ability to impact many lives of the ever growing young population.
Ericsson founded Africamoja Society a youth-driven non-profit organization, striving to create and promote a sustainable generation of young, creative and passionate changemakers who possess reliable and sustainable ability to solve Africa’s pressing problems. Furthermore, Ericsson has been on the peek of youth development in Africa by ensuring the provision of the exceptional opportunity to live a shared responsibility for the world and equip every 21st-century young adult with the tools to shape a better future.
As 21st century emerging and dedicated young leader, Ericsson is very keen in demonstrating experience in Motivating youth to understand that climate change is a fact and its happening today, its contours of this century, and they have to dedicate passion, time and energy by embracing the responsibility to do something urgently in order to reduce the growing threat.
Ericsson has been a football referee for nine years with the duty to enforce the laws of the games. With a background in Social and Business Entrepreneur, leadership and social development, Ericsson has worked with national international organizations and enterprises such as United Nations youth Council, African Union, World Climate advocacy association just to mention in creating a safe space for youth to creatively express their reality through the community activities as they engage their peers in encouraging youths to contribute positively to the community via philanthropy, and empowering them to develop passion and skills to form solid foundations for their future.
