My name is Alim, I am 17 years old, I am a scholarship winner of the NIS IB, Presidential School witj the International Baccalaureate program. Thanks to my personal efforts, by enrolling in the best school in the country, I not only gave myself more opportunities, but also relieved my mother from the discomfort and concerns about the financial means of our family because of my education in a private school, which was the beginning of my contribution to a better world, because family is the best society to start helping.
I am an engineer in the QOSA social project group, which develops camera glasses for blind people, which detect objects approaching a person, give signals and help to navigate in space, and which are cheap, thus we strive to contribute to the Global Sustainable Development Goals of “Affordable and Clean Energy” and “Good Health and Well-being”.
For the last two years I have participated in exchange program competitions such as Flex and AYFN, although in both competitions I managed to reach the semi-finals, but unfortunately each time I lacked something to become a finalist. I believe that every loss will lead me to victory, so to this day I decide not to remain in stagnation of my development, but only to move forward and find new ways to improve myself. I am an active volunteer at events in our country, such as: Astana Marathon, Run fot Autism, Ironman Astana and etc. Volunteering for me is not just a way to help, but also an opportunity to be part of a large scale and develop my networking skills and adapt to different situations, because control of such a scale is always complicated by unforeseen failures in the plan. With all of this in mind, I want to become a leader in the global minds environment and improve our world with Global Peace Chain
